I started my work out yesterday, 45 minutes on the treadmill...semput gak but thinking that I have a goal really helps..akak kan besungguh nak slim nie, nak timbang tak berani, yelah seminggu pun tak sampai lagik. Cam prasan pulak kan. So nak tau progress, stay tune yeah!!!
