Can I be her??

Today, I want to share with you, one of the person yang I envy. Envy not in a bad way tau, but good way. Her name is Roziah. Why am I writing about her? Sebab smalam we all smua turun meraikan kemenangan as the 1st Runner Up badminton single. She is in her late 30's but certainly does not look like it. Pastu anak 4 lak tu, ager 15 to 4. But, slim and bergaya macam anak dara. She is very active is sports, smua game dia terrorlah. So, she will be one of the motivating factor to loose weight. If she can, knape lak akak tak leh...

Yesterday and today tak gi workout atas faktor masalah bulanan. However, pagi akak bangun pukul 5 and joggig with my better half for about 45 minutes to compensate for that. Smalam gi sauna during lunch.

My workload cam dah tak tertahan lagik. But, I will learn to manage this better...

Menu for the 2 days :

Breakfast - Mee Hoon and Mee Hoon

Lunch - California Rolls 2 + another plate of sushi and Roast Chicken

Dinner - Bruchetta(betul ke spelling nie) + not taking any tonite!!

I just have to mention this. I am so lucky to have many wonderful people around me as my friends. They have been there for me, consoling me when I am down and upset. Mcm smalam, tension giler so duduk sorang2 kat dome and then volla! a group of my frends came and join me. Guys, that really cheer me up!!!
