THE DAY!!!!

Yup, today is the count your berat day to see ader ke improvement...
But, before that, I will try to summarise what I've done over the weekend starting Friday nite.


Friday
Business as usual. Busy memanjang. Part siang dah criter kan so that nite, my better half and the cuties were here at KLCC to come and pick me up. Punyer lah carik tempat nak dinner, ingat nak gi Chillis, que punyer lah panjang. We were told to wait for ONE HOUR before we can be seated. Tak per ler gamak nyer....Dok survey, ader lak show at the Concorse area. Sean Ghazi was singing oldies. Patutler nampak mamat tu masa breakfast kat San Frans this morning. Akak nie cuberlah snap some photos, tapi gambo jauh jer yang dapat. Dah ler jauh, celah tiang lak tu.
My children pastu insists on having dinner at CPK. Akak nie dah ler di trademark kan di CPK but because I don't want to dissapoint them, akak ikut ler kemahuan bebudak nie...Nasib baik ler my better half tak fussy about food kan.. Jgn risau, akak tak makan, only the kids jer, I just had ice lemon tea


Balik tu, since my children tak pernah lalu Smart Tunnel yang kena bayo tol dua hinggit tu, we all pun lalu ler kat situ...

Jakun jap the cuties, especially my baby..



Saturday
Sebab bebudak yang number one and number two kena gi sekolah, ada gotong royong, akak declare hari nie hari membuta sedunia. I woke up in the morning, readykan breakfast then basuh baju, sidai kain...pastu tidur....bangun, masak lunch, makan dgn the family, pastu tidur...
After maghrib, we did our groceries. Maybe ler org Kelana Jaya nie tgh kaya, lepas gaji, smua berduyun2 gi sampai habis trolley. My better half have to go down and get the trolley himself.

Beli barang sejam, nunggu nak bayo satu stgh jam...ape ke hel nyer... Tapi inilah hasilnyer

My exercise today is cleaning up the house!!!Kira ok ler tu, lagi penat dari workout...

Sunday
Ader kelas tapi bangun awal gi jogging dulu. Remember last week, I told you about the sessions that I need to do. Finally abis. And petang ada presentation of case study. My better half's relative singgah to stay overnite after sending their daughter to UUM. Nak balik Johor direct, mesti penat giler. So after I came back from class, dgn penat and keletihan kemas rumah, gosok baju the cuties nak skolah esok...




Tiber2 my baby sibuk lak berposing, akak pun larik carik kamera..



Akak dah penat, so dinner for the relatives, order pizza jer which they were so excited about considering kat kampung maner nak merasa maka pizza.
Had an early nite sebab esok nak gi jogging..

Breakfast - Lontong share with my better half
Lunch - California Rolls(again??)
Dinner - Makan 3 suap nasi beriani kat Syed sebab better half nak sgt..

No...I did not forget about the weight thing...Here goes...

Not too bad but I will try harder yeah!!
So, jgn luper mengikuti perkembangan seterusnyer ok.....
