Resepi Pertama

As promised, here goes the first recipe...KETAM BERCILI
Ingredients...

Ketam - duh! It won't be called ketam bercili without the ketam

Bawang merah, Bawang putih
Cili kering

Item in purple is to be blendered but separately Chilli sauce

Ketchup

Serai

Tomatoes

Garam gula secukup rasa - so cliche'

Then bawang merah and bawang putih ditumis sampai naik bau. Once dah ok, then masuk the blendered chili kering and masak sampai naik minyak, jgn tukang kacau naik minyak dah lah...once dah ok, add the chilli sauce and ketchup...then add the serai...

Then add the ketam after a while add the tomatoes

Ini lah the result!
