Birthday Celebration - The Sequel

Friday morning, me and Cik Puan Ambang organised an open room event. Saje jer, for those who came would know what's the occasion. Memang havoc and happening giler. Thanks to those yang datang and memeriahkan aka mengkecohkan suasana.

My dad and my better half packing the nasi lemak for the breakfast event. I was scolded for taking this picture. My dad's exact word "Nyibuk jer ambik gambo, tolong bungkus nasi lemak lagi elok!"

I never expect to have so many birthday celebrations...Honestly!

As usual, on Friday like any other Fridays we usual plan to go to places that we can "lepak" since the lunch hour is 2 and a half. I always let the girls to choose the venue. GTL wanted to go to Dome so Dome it is.

Since I am still actively on diet, I only had chamomile tea and vegetarian bruchetta(did I spell this correctly?). We waited for the boys to join us after Friday prayers. Lambat giler tunggu, dah ler panas! I never suspected anything. So, when the boys suddenly came behind my back with flowers and cake, I was stunned! Memang surprise to the max.

That day was also the balik kg day. The mission is to prepare for Rudin's wedding. This week will be the only week we can do this since the weeks ahead will be full of activities and we will be back to kg on the nikah day itself. Imagine how chaotic it was. We started very early, took the cuties to breakfast at Pekan Sri Gading with the in laws. This place is food heaven. You can eat whatever you want at a very low price. Sometimes, naik pening kepala trying to calculate how did they come to the final figure.
Then off to the check lists of things to do....

Makan berdamai - checked

Deejay - checked

Goodie bags and bunga telur - checked

Penat giler running all over the place. And to my surprise, as I am doing this, my mom in law was planning a kenduri doa selamat to celebrate my birthday. Terharu tau! Satu kampung datang.

Since it's my birthday, my better half did not allow me to help at all, so he was the one helping my mom in law with the cooking

The lauk which I ate only suku pinggan to jaga hati my mom in law since I don't want to disturb my diet

Iniler birthday present that I got so far, one is from the Dome party gang and another from my better half, a Bonia Purse. There is another one, a pair of baju kurung from my mom in law, tak sempat nak ambik gambor, later will upload.
