Safe Delivery Ms Altaribu

We had a small party bayar sendiri. This is some sort like a temporary farewell for Ms Altaribu(if you still remember her, lama dah dia tak featured in this blog) as she will be commencing her maternity leave effecttive today.

We had Mcdonald's for the party, I only have this one burger. No appetite ler, too much work in my current workload.

I just have to make this short, we had so much fun, good laugh but not to the extend of her delivering the baby in the office.

To Ms Altaribu, safe delivery for you. We'll miss you this 2 months. Sape lagik nak habiskan makanan...hehehehe...

P/s : having a badminton tournament tonite. Wish me luck, main objective not so much about winning. Asalkan tak memalukan diri sendiri dan keluarga!

Trust Our Taste

A bunch of us, the organising commitee for the upcoming event in our company, went to check the taste of the food that will be on the menu that nite. Due to the fact that some of my readers are from the company that I work with, I won't reveal the whole menu. Nanti tak surprise pulak! And no review just yet, again that will kill the surprise element for the nite. Please also note this is note the final menu as we did some changes to suit the theme.

This year commitee is a bunch of crazy people. We were laughing hysterically most of the time, even the sound proof walls did not work yesterday. They are full of energy and very creative in giving ideas. Here, Cik Puan Ambang giving a lecture on how to organise a good dinner while lurza gave a thumbs up agreeing to her statement and William pretending to pay attention.

I am very confident this year's dinner will be a blast and will be another nite to remember. So, make sure, to all of you reading who happens to be my workmate as well, be there that nite. Otherwise, you won't know what you are missing!!!!

William pun dapat duit raya??

It has been my personal tradition of mine, for those who works under me to be getting duit raya from me, not only in this company, also in my previous companies.

So, this year is not an exception. However, since last year, William gets more since Cik Puan Ambang also wants to chip in. Murah rezeki William kan??

William is already on Raya leave. He is now safely and comfortably resting at his hometown in Kuala Kangsar.

Selamat Hari Raya William, jangan lupa KPI kena kahwin tahun nie ok??????

Shopping with the boys

Nope, the title did not suggest that I went shopping. I am still in my berjimat cermat mode.

After lunch few days ago, William wanted to look for a blazer for him to wear for a wedding that we will be attending. So, he shortlisted 2, can we have my dear readers to vote please...

He plans to buy this today during lunch since the Isetan sale starts today. For 3 days, members will get additional discount on top of the discount given already. And nope again, I won't be going to shop during the sale. Apart from the berjimat cermat thingy, kecik hati tau dgn Cik Puan Ambang and Mrs Green kerana organised the shopping trip without me!!! Over tau!!!!

Okay, don't forget to vote yer!!! This will really help William to make his decision.

And on another note, Azrul also bought a jersey that day. For this, no vote needed cause he has made his decision...

Happy Birthday My Dear Brother

Today is the birthday of someone very dear to me. He is my little brother William Hung but for this entry, let's just call him Andy.

I knew Andy way back, about 7 years ago. He was working with a client of mine. So, when my boss offered me to choose my own assistant, I decided to bring him in and he was also recommended by my good friend who was also his ex-boss. And I can tell, I made the right choice as Andy was not only more than capable, most importantly, he is trustworthy.

We planned a birthday celebration for him on Friday since he wanted to take leave on Monday. However, instead of us surprising him, he surprised us instead by doing his dissapearing act. I was nearly on my merajuk mode since we spent the lunch hour hunting for his present and yet he decided not to be around.

Nevetheless, when he finally came up, we still went ahead with the party and it was great!

What did we bought him???3 shirts from G2000 to match the ties that we bought for him earlier. Presented by Datin...

HAPPY BIRTHDAY MY DEAR BROTHER.....

Raya Countdown

I was not well yesterday, had severe stomach ache and countless trips to the loo. I was thinking what trigger this situation considering I am the only suffering when everyone in the house ate the same thing. However, yesterday was not that bad. I received a very pleasant surprise, raya goodies from one of our business partners. Being a middle management, I don't usually get stuff during the festive season unless I make my pathetic face and get the sympathy from my boss and he will give me the leftovers. In most cases, we will be fighting for the bakul instead of what's in it.

Our daddy came yesterday and that really makes me smiling from ear to ear. We missed him so much and the last time we saw him was ages ago. But, only myself, GTL and William able to make it. My other sibblings were busy with their work so they won't be able to join us. Had a good chat with him and it has always been a relief to be able to talk to him.

Dengar nasihat daddy kalau nak selamat dunia akhirat!

For the first time, I look forward to buka puasa, not so much about trying to satisfy my hunger but more to eat my most trusted medication when having this ceret beret thing, pil Poh Chai. It works all the time. We had our buka puasa at a gerai tomyam near our house since I was not in the position to cook. Akak flat smalam!

Lama lagi ke berbuka puasa, macam puasa pun!

After the buka puasa, I thought I was well enough to go hunting for the cuties baju raya. Damn I was wrong. We only managed to get the baju raya for princess and baby, for my hero tak sempat cause the pain was unbearable. We left the PKNS Complex and immediately I slept after solat Isya'. We will continue our hunting today, Insyallah since the cuties have been asking for pizza for today's buka puasa.

Surprisingly, my schedule is clear today. Let's see what we can do about that!
