Sambutan Maulidurrasul

The cuties's school is organising the ceremony of Sambutan Maulidurrasul Peringkat Sekolah". They are allowed to wear normal baju kurung instead of their uniform. I prepared what they need to wear and also the tudung for my princess and my baby.
But when I woke up, my princess, who have self labelled herself as remaja, she refused to wear a black or white tudung, I took that measure as a short cut since black and white are easier to match rather than other colours. My princess wanted to wear a tudung that compliments her baju kurung. Tak ke she make her mama kelam kabut...I have to start opening my tudung collection.
As a conclusion, I have to accept that my daughter has her own fashion sense and I can't dictate what she wear anymore. As long as it is acceptable and not obscene, it is ok....
Her birthday is coming up this Thursday, still thinking whether what I want to buy for her is acceptable. Tu ler kan, some people say, "ko anak dah besar, senanglah...". To be frank, not really, cause when they grow up, they already have a mind on their own...The only thing you can do is to pray that whatever choices that she made, are something that will make her happy...Amin....
