Tukang Besi

After we had our breakfast on Saturday, we went jalan2 around Parit Raja and we came across this very antique shop. Nama pun antik, Tukang Besi...

This shop, as per the owner, was opened back in 1940's and still in the same condition. The shop sells custom made parang, pisau, keris and sewaktu dengannyer...

We got the opportunity to watch the owner(inherited from his late father) demonstrating to us how a parang was made. He even asked my better half to try and hold the hammer. Looked light but it was 10kg in weight. I saw the shocked on my better half's face when he carried, at least tried to carry the hammer...

And we always thought kita keje berat kan?? Something to be thankful about....
