What I bought @ Metro Jaya Warehouse Sale

Yup, I did go for this sale!

Since no cameras allowed, no pics taken. As for the pics of the stuff that I bought, later lah yer, did not get to snap snap last night.

How was it?

It was totally worth it, at least to me.

There were a lot of household items on sale, just what I was looking for.

So, what did I buy?

Towels - 5 of them, one each for myself, my better half and the cuties. Assorted colour. Normal price RM39.90, got it for RM13.90

Rug for the all the entrance of the bathroom - 3 of them, bought 2 earlier. Each cost RM8, normally sold at RM19.90

Apron set with the oven glove - One set for RM5, normal price RM19.90

Kitchen Clock - RM14.97, normal price RM49.90, love the colour, orange gitu!!!

Pyjamas set for the cuties - Brand Poney selling at RM10 per set, got one each for the cuties, normal price RM29.90

Brief for Men, BUM Equipment - RM10 each box, 3 pieces inside, normal price RM19.90

Chocolates, Crisp - One gift box RM7 per box, normal price RM19.90 expiry October 2009, and assorted Crisp about 200 pieces RM11 per set, expiry October 2009, normal price RM29.90

Skiva Lingerie - RM10 for 3 pieces, normal price RM29.90

Bedsheet - Queen Size, RM30 each normal price RM189

King Size, RM34 each, normal price RM229

Mrs GREEN bought this comforter set worth RM699 for a much lesser price of RM190.

Some tips :

1. Go early, the sale starts at 10am so 9.45am, stand by in front of the entrance. Otherwise, you won't be able to choose the items due to the large crowd

2. If you wish to view the perfume and cosmetic areas, go there first, cause if you go to the other area first, you need to pay and send your stuff to the car first before you are allowed to enter this section. I did not get to go to that section sebab malas nak hantar barang and return back to the stadium

3. If possible, don't bring your children. The crowd is big, and the toilet is outside of the sale area. So, if you kids need to go to the loo, you need to pay first before you can take them there. Also, they are selling loads of toys hence if you refuse to buy for the kids, you will see alot of berguling2 action...

4. Yup, you can use credit card, but better spare some cash cause I saw quite a number not able to use the cards due to technical error.

5. Eat first before you come. The food there nampak not so hygenic

6. You are allowed to bring your handbags in but it will be sealed in a plastic bag, so take out your purse and mobile siap2.

7. Last but not least, take care of your belongings, there were few reports people losing their purse, mobiles and even announcement on children hilang parents...

And nope, I am not paid to write this entry, just wanted to share this experience and good deals with fellow bloggers and readers...
