There was no problem to wake my baby up, she was excited about going to school. Just one gentle wake up call and she was already making her way to the bathroom. She can even smile for the camera. She insisted to put on her own uniform and then ate her breakfast quietly. No fuss, no throwing tantrum and no drama...
What begin as a smooth sailing morning was not so smooth after all...I wonder whether the teachers or the school held any meeting or even a briefing session. The school opened counters for other classes beside primary one to pay the fees and we took the opportunities to pay the fees for my princess and my hero. At least, esok tak de ler kelam kabut sgt...And just when you thought by government abolishing the school fees you will be paying lessm I don't think sooooo...We end up paying almost RM300 for the cuties fees ALONE!!
We asked the teacher what should be paid, end up the teacher asked us what do we want to pay. I am not the only confused parents around, that's what I can tell from my observation.
The school also gave away the text books but for my baby it will only be done tomorrow.
My baby was really looking confident and not a single worry can be seen on her face. She makes friends pretty fast and she saw some familiar faces that were in the same kindergarten as she was. She took her seat and while waiting for the parents to pay the fees, she took out a book and started reading...
We are so glad we managed to settle many things today. Tomorrow, just to settle the religious school registration.
Just wish time don't fly so fast, sooner or later, the cuties will be on their own and I better start preparing myself to that.
