It's hotdog's time

One of the reason why I love spending time at home cause we got to experiment recipes there. My better half was telling me about the latest 1901 hotdogs stall open in front of his work place and he loves the hotdogs there. He then suggested why don't we make our own 1901 hotdogs at home.

Based on his observation, the hotdogs are steamed, not fried or stir fried like the typical hotdogs that we always eat. We couldn't find our steamer (banyak lagik kotak tak bebukak after we move in to the new house) so we need to improvised the current visible kitchen appliances.

My better half led the cooking team. And he was quite dissapointed we are out of mustard in the fridge. He felt, kalau ada mustard lagi kick. I agree with him.

First we need to steam both the sausage and the bun till cook to perfection.

Then add the chopped onions, mayonese(mine was without this, tak suka lah!) and chilli sauce.

Then makan time!!

Very good and healthy dinner and suits my diet pretty well.
