Apesal lah ko langgar kereta aku

We got into the car and after making sure it's safe to reverse, my better half slowly making an exit from the parking. Then only he reliased another car behind us was also trying to go out from the parking. He stopped and honk but the car continue to reverse and hit our car within split seconds. That is totally a recipe for disaster...

My better half quickly went out of the car to access the damage. It was not that bad but considering our car is less than a year old, we were quite devastated.

Our car was hit by a Kenari driven by 2 girls, students from a nearby Uni. I did not go out of the car and so did the cuties, we will let my better half do all the talking.

The 2 girls agreed to pay for the damages and to meet us again tomorrow at an agreed workshop. The driver looked shaken and I was told later, she did not even have the guts to drive back and waited for her housemate to come and pick her up...

Case closed, settled! Met them at the workshop the next day where they paid for the repair expenses...

But, to me, it's such a great hassle and made our weekend occupied handling this nitty gritty. But what to do kan? Malam tak berbau!!

Early morning accident

I had a very busy schedules this past few days. Running from one place to another, in and out of meetings and many other adminstrative work to do. Well, I am not complaining. I am so glad I still have a job given the current economic situation.

I have been going to office very early and reaching office around 6.30am to attend to many things. However, last Tuesday, on the way to office, it was raining quite heavily. I hate and scared actually driving in the rain and in the dark. That is 2 of the most causes of accidents.

There it was, having to drive through an accident, that made the journey more scary!

This happened near the TUDM Airport, along Jln Sg Besi. I think collation between motobike and a car. And from my observation, biker did not make it. Sad....on the way to work or maybe on the way home...

So, my dear blogger friends, take good care of yourself. If you die, you will be gone but remember who you left behind...How they need to survive the loss....

Berhati2 di jalan raya!

Accident ler pulok!

On the back home yesterday, we saw an accident, and it involved us!

While driving through Jalan Sungai Besi, we were minding our own business when suddenly a loud bang came from the back of our car. Bang! And we can feel, something hit us.

My better half stopped the car while I looked back and saw a man on a motorbike fell on the road. Alhamdulilah, the car after us managed to hit the break. Kalau tau, ada yang tak raya.

Not to obstruct the traffic, we moved the car to the side to talked to the motobike person. He was not injured - at least, not as we see it.

I can see my better half was really pissed. We can see he worked for a courier company and from the way we see it, he must be late in delivering a parcel which was still in the basket of the bike.

We took down his full name, IC number and contact number. He agreed that he will compensate for the damage, however, if it exceed RM300, we agreed to make a police report for us to claim from his insurance. Alhamdulilah again, it will only cost around RM200. Save us the trouble going through all the paper work.

And the final Alhamdulilah for us to be able to arrived home just in time for berbuka....with a story to tell to my parents and the cuties of course.

Balik kampung!!!

Being a person that don't have a kampung, I am so glad that my "jodoh" is a kampung boy. At least boleh gak menumpang kampung orang. Otherwise Raya kat bandar je lah jawabnyer.

We left the house at 11pm, we left late cause we need to wait for my princess and my hero finish their tuition class and we wanted to avoid the traffic. However, too bad after the Bangi interchange the traffic went static. My guess either accident or road block. We were stuck there for about 30 minutes. And my first guess was accurate, there was an accident.

There was this car flipped to the other side and 3 more cars involved in the accident. Sorry no photos as I was to horrified to even look.

Adik told me, she saw in the news this afternoon, 5 died in that accident...

Our deepest condolence to the family of the victims.

Tonite, we plan to bring our parents for dinner at this new western food restaurant at Parit Raja. Will blog about it later...
