Offending the client

Have you heard of Arzu, it's a tudung shop in KLCC. Previously, before this self launched jimat cermat campaign, I have always been a regular customer to this shop. And usually, I will be attended by one of the staff there, let's just call him Mr F.

Before last Raya, I got to know he left Arzu and now has his own shop in Ampang Park. I went to visit his shop and obviously, keep on going to his shop, the price there is cheaper than Arzu. He also offered a service where if my Azru anak tudung rosak, he can do the repairing for RM10 each. Fyi, one Arzu anak tudung will cost you RM30 ringgit.

Yesterday, I went to Ampang Park with Cik Puan Ambang aka Wati. Reason ; to collect my contact lenses and to send the Arzu tudung for repair at Mr F's shop. Since we were in a hurry, we thought it will make more sense for me to take the lense and Wati will send the tudung for repair...

When we were supposed to gather again to go back to office, Wati told me Mr F refused to accept the anak tudung. Reason ; he said his skin is VERY VERY sensitive, he must make sure the anak tudung has been washed. HELLO!!! Don't you think I am unhygenic!! Of course, I have washed all the anak tudung before I sent this to you. And that's what Wati told him but he still refused to accept and insisted this has yet to be washed...Hei, kalau aku cakap dah basuh, dah basuh lah!!!

My point is we as clients put our trust and our money in you and you can't even trust your client. If you so called skin are SSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SENSITIVE, have you heard of this thing called gloves...try wearing those...DUH!

I will never ever set foot in this kedai anymore. Nak buka kedai but don't even know the ethics of taking care of your clients especially the regular...WHATEVER!!!

Look what I bought...

Dalam sibuk keje ya amat, akak beserta cik puan ambang sempat yer pergi membeli-belah. Nie baru dia bagi lunch break 45 minutes, dah memacam dibeli...


Item number one

Melepaskan rindu dendam membeli kasut kat Isetan. Brand Everbest RM119. Thought of getting a Nine West, my fave brand, tapi takde yang bekenan di hati. Once akak nie dah slim sikit, I am certain at least a pair of Nine West will be added to my collection. Lagi pun Friday nie nak check out the boutique kat Avenue K.

Item number 2
Shopping will not be complete without purchasing anything from Arzu. Since my tudung collection is quite sufficient, I got myself 4 tudung clips at RM5 each. Different colours and different shapes...I LIKE!!!!

Item number 3
Last stop, to buy some stuff at Guardian. Mula2 nak beli facial cleaser jer, end up beli shampoo full set dgn conditioner and mask kaedahnyer...biler dah sakan baru teringat satu perkara yang begitew penting...

Bukan akak nie balik naik lrt ker???Alamak!!! Camne nak mengangkut barang segala bagai!!!!

Weekend come and go....:(

After spending more money at kedai tudung KLCC and having what it felt as the longest week of my life, I thought I look forward to the weekend. Damn, how I was wrong. We planned to have our buka puasa this week at Batu Pahat as it has been a ritual for the first weekend of Ramadhan to have it there. But, one of the cuties demam..Ilham. Kesian dia, tgh malam balik dgn sejuk, but still he was so excited to meet atuk and nenek...

We arrived at 2am sebab bertolak pun lambat since my better half ada keje skit and considering Ilham demam. Sampai je kampung terus landing time sebab esok nak bangun sahur lak.

The morning, we had to go all the way to Batu Pahat sebab MEPS Bank Islam down ler pulak. Jauh gak beb, around 1 hour from the kampung. Sempat ler bawak the cuties to see the monument of Batu Pahat which shows Batu Pahat, literally. And we all sempat drove past the kampung that won the "Pintu Gerbang Terbaik" award for the National Day. KLCC tu!!!


Buka Puasa menu is Rojak Manis. Kat kampung nie, kalau buka pose, makanan beranak...masak sejenis jer, pastu hanto kat jiran tetangga, nescaya, dapat ler penuh satu meja macam2 jenis. Mira also helped out. Rajin anak2 dara mama. Balik kampung nie pun sempat ler gi Pasar Ramadhan. Ramai gak org. Balik jer, found out Ilham demam balik so we quickly brought him to the clinic and sampai rumah just in time for buka pose. Since Ilham, though tak pose tak makan apa pun, we decide to cheer him up and brought him to kedai ayam goreng after solat isya'. Barulah nampak dia senyum

Lepas sahur akak kena terus berangkat pulang sebab ada kelas. Tu pun dua kali stop and end up sampai kelas pukul 10, an hour late. Since dah letih, that nite masak simple jer, ayam masak pedas and sup ketam(ketam lagik??). Resepi? Nanti2lah yer, nak sambung keje sebab today half day.
