Offending the client

Have you heard of Arzu, it's a tudung shop in KLCC. Previously, before this self launched jimat cermat campaign, I have always been a regular customer to this shop. And usually, I will be attended by one of the staff there, let's just call him Mr F.

Before last Raya, I got to know he left Arzu and now has his own shop in Ampang Park. I went to visit his shop and obviously, keep on going to his shop, the price there is cheaper than Arzu. He also offered a service where if my Azru anak tudung rosak, he can do the repairing for RM10 each. Fyi, one Arzu anak tudung will cost you RM30 ringgit.

Yesterday, I went to Ampang Park with Cik Puan Ambang aka Wati. Reason ; to collect my contact lenses and to send the Arzu tudung for repair at Mr F's shop. Since we were in a hurry, we thought it will make more sense for me to take the lense and Wati will send the tudung for repair...

When we were supposed to gather again to go back to office, Wati told me Mr F refused to accept the anak tudung. Reason ; he said his skin is VERY VERY sensitive, he must make sure the anak tudung has been washed. HELLO!!! Don't you think I am unhygenic!! Of course, I have washed all the anak tudung before I sent this to you. And that's what Wati told him but he still refused to accept and insisted this has yet to be washed...Hei, kalau aku cakap dah basuh, dah basuh lah!!!

My point is we as clients put our trust and our money in you and you can't even trust your client. If you so called skin are SSSSSSSSSSSSOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SENSITIVE, have you heard of this thing called gloves...try wearing those...DUH!

I will never ever set foot in this kedai anymore. Nak buka kedai but don't even know the ethics of taking care of your clients especially the regular...WHATEVER!!!

Addition to the collection

Last Friday, I went to Ampang Park in search of new sets of brooches. I love wearing big brooches especially if I am wearing office suit. It will look nice that way.

So I got myself this 2 sets of brooches. 2 sets for RM98. Not bad. This price is after 30% discount.

When we were at Batu Pahat for Raya Qurban, my mom in law was kind enough to give me another pair of brooches. This time is the dangling type. Thanks Mak!

Looks like the collection is expanding :)....

Ampang Park - Twice in a row

For 2 consecutive days, we went to Ampang Park. I was and still am busy preparing for Saturday's event. My baby wants this and my princess wants that and of course, my hero will have his own wish lists as well.

So, for 2 days in a row, we had lunch at Ampang Park. We by definition will be Cik Puan Ambang and Ms Money Matters. I thought if I have lunch with friends, I can eat more...

First day to Ampang Park, we ate at the Laksa place at the entrance of Ampang Park. We also ordered chee cheong fun just to add on this. I did not eat much. I feel full by the time I finished half of the bowl.

Second day, went to eat at Cozy House. Order Kueyteow Hailam and my favourite, prawn with dried chillis and cashew nuts. This time was even worse. Makan skit jer...

Maybe I am becoming paranoid. Maybe I am too scared to eat...I don't know....

But, one thing for sure...I am determined this time around, I WILL LOOSE WEIGHT!!!!

Shopping Raya - Part Two

This week the destination is Ampang Park. This round of rombongan consists of 4 moms namely Ms Money Matters, Cik Puan Ambang, Mrs Green and yours truly.

I don't have any objective for this trip, since I would prefer doing my Raya shopping with my better half, baru selamat duit akak...

The suasana there is very the meriah. You can see most all of the shops are occupied with people. They even have fashion shows going on at the center stage.

I bought my baby and my princess a pair of baju kurung each, but not for raya, just for their collection.

And of course, tudung for myself...

I bought this tart nenas...if I'm not mistaken, this is the same tart nenas that I have been enjoying for years...Lost contact with the lady, now found her again...Memang sedap!

So...where are we heading next week...

Ada apa dgn tudung

I need to make a purchase and this time I am not guilty about it.

Why?

Cause this purchase is the kind of purchase that will last me quite a while, something that I can use for a long time

Cause this purchase is an additional to the current collection that I have and that collection is getting very boring due to no addition

Cause....I just need to buy something and that something does not have to be expensive

So I took the LRT to Ampang Park...

Planned to buy few selendang and this are the selendang that I have chosen...

Not bad, RM76 for 6 pieces...

If I were to shop at Arzu, last time I went, the cheapest was RM89 per piece and the quality is some what similar to this bunch that I purchase....

Now I feel so much better!!!
