Homemade Kebab

We attempted another experiment for last night dinner. We decided to try this since we have ran out of ideas on what to serve. It was my better half idea, since all the essential ingredients are available at home, we went ahead with it.

The main ingredient would be the burger meat which we minced it. We added some veges, onions and some seasoning. Then, this was fried with very little oil. Remember, the burger meat is already oily as it contain fat.

This was served with hotdog bun. We told the cuties to choose what they want to add, either mayo, mustard and chilli sauce. Each and one of them have different taste.

It was a successful experiment indeed. The cuties loved it so much. Since I am on diet and had a pretty heavy lunch with K Red, no dinner for me at all...

What should I cook for iftar today....hhhhmmmmmmmm...feels like having self made KFC with mashed potato and coleslow...Sedap tu!
