Work Time @ Kuantan

Sorry for the delay for the subsequent stories of the Kuantan trip. Been really busy and will try to do some auto published entries as much as I can.

Now, back to the entry.

We stayed at Swiss Garden Kuantan, located about 13km from Kuantan towards Cherating. While my better half and the cuties having a blast exploring the resort (like we never stayed here before, this is like our 5th or 6th times), I was stuck at work, meetings after meetings and followed by a tour. This is for the event that will happen in this resort in about a month's time. This will also be my last assignment in my current role. I will be embarking to a new section of HR. Will blog about that later.

I only get to meet my better half and the cuties after maghrib. We had dinner, at least they had dinner while it was more than dinner to me, it's the food tasting. It was the BBQ night which is of course to my liking. I had lamb and lamb and lamb....Of course, makan gak other stuff.

I also had a quiet dinner wiht my better half, we were seated at one table while the cuties at the next table. Macam ala2 candle light dinner lak.

The finale, I had this Penang Fried Kuey Teow. Memang best! Love the spicyness and the condiments were alot!

I plan to spend the next day with the cuties and relief my better half from his babysitting role. I have loads of thing planned, so look out for the next entry.

Momma's birthday

I didn't know what to get my mom for her birthday. I have bought for her many things for her birthdays, anniversaries and other festivities like when I got a nice salary raised or a big fat bonus. Hence, I am out of ideas...

Then, I got this pamplet about a promotion by a beauty centre, A mother's day package spa and facial, and I quickly made the phone call, that would be a cool present, A Spa Package...

I drove my mom and told her that I will pick her up in 3 hours, that's how long the package took.

While waiting for her to be pampered, I was preparing a party at home. We planned to have a BBQ birthday party, a close one, just attended by my youngest brother and wifey and my cousin's family. My eldest brother could not attend due to work commitment.

We started after Isya' and had many spead on the menu. From chicken wings, to lamb, crab, burger, hot dog. I prepared nasi lemak with sambal tumis udang.

We watched AF together while enjoying the meals. During one of the commercial break, we took out the birthday cake and started singing the birthday song. Noticed my mom not standing caused she sprained her leg while walking down the stairs after completed the Spa session. Kesian mami...Her response was, the body felt so light after the massage, felt like walking on air, that explains the fall....

I just have to publish this. This is Shahiz, my nephew and he is Toi number one fan. Can you imagine that, TOI???He was very adamant and still insists Toi is the AF champion...

I really really hope NOT!!!
