Our shopping outing

We took the day off yesterday. Apart from settling the cuties school matters which was quite frustrating and causing my shopping hormone to shoot up(how convenient to blame shopping habit due to hormone), we did(actually I did) a checklist on the places we need to go that day.
One of the place was The Curve. Ever since we moved to BSP, we don't get to come here as often as we did when we were at KJ. Next to The Curve is Cineleisure which not only have cinemas in there but it's a shopping mall on it's own. Here, we experienced a street dance show featuring dancers and deejays, some are not Malaysian. The finale of the show was showing the foreigners to do joget steps. They look funny but good effort though.

There was this Barbie show going on at the Concourse Level of The Curve. They were selling all the Barbie's merchandise and even had this Barbie Look A Like competition. My hero refused to take photo with this Barbie shoe cause he said that is so girlish so opted for his photo to be taken with the giant lolipop instead.

We spent nearly 5 hours in this area(i.e. The Curve, Cineleisure and IKEA) What did we do during this 5 hours??!! Another warehouse sale was successfully explored and one food review coming your way!!

Look out for the next entry!!!

CSI Car

For those who are CSI Miami - the Horatio style fans like your truly, would know the car that they use, the Hummer. I love this vehicle ever since I first laid my eyes on it, the day I watched CSI Miami many years ago.
I know nuts about car. About the engine performance, about the internal thingy and about the technicalities of it....
I just know, whether I like the colour, whether the design is nice, whether mahal or murah...and that's that!
So, when we were at the Curve, this vehicle was on display. Cantik giler siot!!!! Memang best...
There were 2, red and black. But the black one not so nice compared to the red one.
But, when you look at the price tag...
Nearly RM600k!!!!
Amboi, kalau dah kereta lagik mahal dari rumah, duduk dalam kereta ler gamaknyer!!!

A day with my sayang

It is something very usual for us to take a day off from work once every 3 months and just spend time without the cuties. Some married couple may take this for granted but trust me, you really need to spend time alone with each other. Usually, we will go for movies, bowling or just window shopping...

Today is declared as a public holiday for Wilayah as well. I have actully planned the day off anyway since my better half will be observing the holiday. The cuties have been booked awal2 lagi by their grandparents so it's just me and my better half. The event today is shopping complex hopping(alah, macam island hopping ler)
So, we started with breakfast at Sunway. We were a regular customer of this particular nasi lemak shop located in a food court near Sunway College. I haven't come to this place for ages. The taste haven't change so does the price. It is still as cheap as I remembered it to be. Imagine, one nasi lemak with rendang kerang and telur goreng and another nasi lemak with daging goreng and sambal sotong (with very generous portion, mind you) cost us only RM6 for both. Can you get that kind of food with this kind of price...

First shopping mall in the list is Sunway Pyramid...

Then, we were at The Curve, Cineleisure and IKEA Ikano...

And what a trip to The Curve without dropping by at Big Apple...I still insist it's better than J-Co..

We went back home for Zuhur, Asar and Maghrib prayer...

Last destination Subang Parade, bought a pair of shoes there...will blog about it tomorrow...

We had fun...with each other...;)

For God sake, it's just doughnut!!!

I always wanted to know where is the doughnut shop that my colleague always buy in order to "bribe" me to come for morning meetings. I know it's in The Curve but where??Can't even recall the name of the doughnut...

So, when I saw a person at Cineleisure carrying the doughnut box, I quickly took a peek to see the name and it was Big Apple. We started to look for directions and found it. And guess how long the que was!!!! In my heart, I was saying, for God sake, it's just doughnut!! Since we are already there, we decided to just go ahead and get the doughnut.
My better half, always so rajin to melayan my kerenah...
It took about 20 minutes before it's our turn. It's worth it!!! I love the doughnut as it's not sweet like Dunkin, just perfect to my taste bud...Now, I understand why do people willing to wait....

My baby enjoying her chocoholic doughnut, yummy!!!

Bowling time

More quality time with the cuties, what fun!!!

We took the cuties to The Cineleisure next to the The Curve to bowl. It's been quite sometime since we did that. We haven't been to this bowling alley as our usual spot are Summit USJ or One Utama. We decided to give this a try.

The traffic was quite bad but we predicted that considering it's a norm that during public holidays normal people like us would crowd the nearest shopping center. We were told that this alley is own by the national bowler, Shalin Zulkifli. It's called Pin Junction. While bowling, we saw her there...

My hero in action, gaya mesti ada!!
The result , my baby won(despite using both hands to bowl)!! She got 100 points and while my hero got 86 and the princess 84. I think we're going to come here more often since this place is not as crowded as the other alleys.

My better half coaching my princess, he is a good bowler himself..

Then we decided to just walk around The Curve, quite dissapointed though as there is no flea market today here. We love to shop at the flea market. The only ones open for business is at the Cineleisure itself.

We also saw the Alien vs Predator mascot. And they thought they can scare the cuties, well, how wrong can they be. They did try, however instead of feeling scared, the cuties were making attempts to hold them. Ha ha ha!!!

Smile for the camera Mr Alien...

The finale was the clown when we were about to leave. Balloons given away and semacho2 my hero, he is afraid of balloon, can't blame him, I think he got that from me :)

Hope to have more of this kind of activities with the cuties....before they'll be too embarass to walk with their parents....
