Pay-For-Performance

Being a HR practitioner so to speak, I sometimes try to use the so called HR practises as much as possible. One of the most common HR thingy is the Pay-For-Performance part.

The cuties did very well for the 1st semester exam, better than what we expected. Me and my better half felt guitly a bit, we really under estimated the cuties but then again, we were managing our expectations so that we don't be so dissapointed - another good HR practise...Managing Expectations :)
We decided to reward them by taking them out for dinner. With all this cost cutting measures that we have put in place, we did not eat out for the past 2 weeks. And this is a special occassion, so what the heck!
My princess got the best result among the 3, she got the privilege to choose the venue. And she chose The Chicken Rice Shop. We went to the one in Giant KJ.
They were very happy and we chatted and talked and eat and chatted and eat some more. Surprisingly, the whole dinner period, no argument aka fight erupted. No, none, zit! That'll be the first ever!!
Maybe if you don't get to do somethings often, that thing become a luxury...Cost cutting is definately a good thing to our family...
