The farewell

Friday was a sad day for the cuties. It was the last day of school for them.

Nope, not because of the school holidays. Takkan emo tak jumper 2 minggu kot?

Actually, Insyallah, when the school term re-opens, they will be starting the new term at the new school here in BSP. The new school is about 500 metres from our home. With this new arrangements, hopefully it will be less hectic and they don't have to wake up at 5.30am on daily basis.

However, being in KJ school for the past few years, made them sad to leave their friends. I came to work a little bit late on Friday as per their request for their photos to be taken with their friend.

My baby morning session is at the religious school and coincedently, they were having Sports Day so it was also some sort like a farewell party for baby.

As for my princess and hero, their morning session is the primary school which organised gotong royong event that morning.

My better half took turns to snap pics for the afternoon session.

It was indeed an emotional day for the cuties. We tried to console them but later we decided to allow them to be sad and go through this phase. In real life, they will have to go through this hence this will be a good "practise" and hopefully make them stronger.

And of course, my parents will still be in KJ so we promised them they can always visit their friends should we are back at KJ.

To that, we saw their smiling faces again.

Farewell Lunch - Moving Building

We are losing a great team member and a great friend to me, Faz. Nope, she is not leaving the company, she is leaving the building.

Her team has moved to another venue, about 15 minutes of LRT ride from KLCC. So, to mark this not so joyous event, we took her out for lunch. More like a farewell lunch kind of this.

Faz is a great person. She has thought me a lot and I enjoyed working for her projects. She is a calm person and have this talent when it comes to solve problems creatively.

The menu, of course Kari Kepala Ikan as the main dish.

The crew, the people I enjoyed their company the most in my division.

It was raining half way eating causing us to be stuck in Pelita. But, it was a good stuck kind of thing as we really had good conversations and laugh.

Faz will be missed, not only by me, by the crew as well. Don't forget to visit ya!

Farewell Lunch

Those who work in my division would know we are currently under going this restructuring. In a way, I am very pleased and excited with this exercise as I now have the chance to explore something I have been wanting to do but has yet to be given a chance to do so.

Last Friday, I thought of treating my soon to be ex-team for lunch. Dunno where the best place to have this since it's a Friday and the guys need to perform their Friday prayers. So, must be within KLCC area. Pelita seems to be a good choice.

If you eat at Pelita and you really wanna enjoy the meal there, kari kepala ikan is a must. Otherwise, the experience can't be called a total Pelita experience! So, without hesitation, we had kari kepala ikan.

Since I have used up the food fiesta for the week, weekend kena ler diet balik kan. It was a working weekend so not a problem to continue with the diet...

Working weekend again??? HhhhMMmmmmm..............

I'll be missing you....

Sometimes, you felt you know a person for ages when you actually know that person only for a short while.

Sometimes, you feel like you are apart of that person's life, when actually you only read about her life online.

And sometimes, you wished you took more effort in getting to know the person better, by meeting her and getting to know her off the cyber space...

You only realised this once you got the note that she is leaving....

So, this entry is dedicated to my dearest sista!! lil^red...

We met twice, once by coincidence and another one thanks to K Red...

And I feel like we click immediately...

Take care my dearest sista! I am very sure you will do just well and will have a good life in future.

Study hard and smart, keep in touch and will see you in a year time...

Lastly, kalau tak pasal this problem, I will not miss the opportunity to meet you on your last day in this country.....huhuhu!!!

Farewell Mr Info

We had to bid our farewell to Mr Info. He will be pursuing his career to another organisation. He got to do what he wanted to do.

Don't be mislead by the photos. We always look happy together though it's not such a happy occassion. We had the event at California Pizza Kitchen.

We got gifts for Mr Info.

Many asked why I named him Mr Info. For those who knows him would know he asks lots of questions. When I say alot, yup, I do mean ALOT!! Even as we gave the farewell gifts, he was asking why he got 2 gifts, and why didn't this be wrapped in one packaging.

I'm not gonna say much cause the last time I wrote a farewell note him, William kept using that to crack jokes against me.

As a friend, I am happy that he found the opportunity to do what he always wanted to do...

Let's just stop at that!

Lunch yang sedih....

I never liked farewell, unless if it involves people that I wanted them to go...So, for this cases, lagik cepat berambus lagik bagus...ha ha ha....

But, yesterday, was not a farewell that I look forward to attending. One of my sisters in the company leaving next week.

We had a farewell lunch for her yesterday and she wanted to have this at Pelita. Ms Security will be leaving us to advance her career in the IT world and be a somebody at her new company...Even her position..wow!!!! Biler ler I merasa to have a Director designation as my job title. And that designation for your own company doesn't count.

It's been quite some time we gather together for a good meal. Everyone has been busy with their work and life that we hardly spend time together anymore. Nevertheless, the friendship still remained strong.

But, tak cukup korum. Ms GTL was not well so was not able to attend. Hope she is better oredi...

To Ms Security,

I know we had our share of row, we had our differences. But, trust me when I say, I was doing all that because I care about you just like my own sister...I am sorry, maybe the way I approached it was wrong. But, I meant no harm.

I am happy you get to be in a better position, position that you deserve to have looong time ago. Please take care of yourself and never let other dictate how you should live your life...
